Built for parents,
not just players.
PBT is designed so parents know exactly what to expect before, during, and after every session.
What PBT does to protect your player.
Clear Booking & Reminders
Parents receive a booking confirmation with field location, session type, what to bring, and a reminder 24 hours before the session. No guessing.
Parent-Visible Environment
All PBT sessions are conducted in public, visible locations — parks, turf facilities, and training fields. Parents are always welcome to observe.
Emergency & Medical Intake
Before any player's first session, PBT collects emergency contact information, allergies, medical conditions, and injury history. This is required, not optional.
SafeSport-Aligned Standards
PBT coaching standards are aligned with U.S. Soccer and SafeSport guidelines for youth training environments. One-on-one sessions follow safe sport boundaries.
Participation Waiver
All families complete a participation waiver before training begins. This covers injury acknowledgment, cancellation policy, and media consent (optional).
Direct Communication
Paul communicates directly with parents before and after sessions. Questions, concerns, or feedback go directly to the coach — no middleman.
Questions parents ask first.
Can I stay and watch the session?
Yes. All PBT sessions are conducted in public, visible locations. Parents are always welcome to observe from the sideline. Paul will let you know if there's a specific reason to give the player space (e.g., if the player performs better without a parent watching).
What if my player has an injury or medical condition?
This is collected during the booking intake. Please be specific — Paul will adjust the session accordingly. If a player arrives with an undisclosed injury, Paul will pause the session to discuss before continuing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more in advance receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the session deposit. Weather cancellations are always rescheduled at no cost.
What if my child is nervous or it's their first time?
Paul starts every first session with a low-pressure evaluation. The goal is to make the player feel comfortable, assess where they are, and build from there. No player is thrown into high-pressure reps on day one.
Is Paul background-checked?
Yes. Paul maintains current background check clearance for youth coaching. This documentation is available to parents upon request.
What are the session locations?
Sessions are held at parks, turf facilities, and training fields in NWI and Chicago. The exact location is provided in your booking confirmation. Paul does not train at private residences.
