PBT Futbol collects information necessary to provide training services. This includes: parent/guardian name and contact information, player first name and age, emergency contact information, medical notes and injury history provided voluntarily, and session booking details. We do not collect payment card information directly — payments are processed through secure third-party processors.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to: confirm and schedule training sessions, contact parents regarding session logistics, maintain safety records for each player, and send session reminders and follow-up notes. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without consent.
Media Consent
Photos or videos of players are only taken and used for promotional purposes if explicit media consent is provided during the booking process. Media consent is optional and separate from session participation. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Paul directly.
Data Sharing
PBT Futbol does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances: with emergency services in the event of a medical emergency, as required by law, or with session venue staff where required for access.
Data Retention
Session intake information is retained for the duration of the training relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for safety reference. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Paul directly.
